Physical Activity and Sport are both health and essential activities. The Congress Culture and Sports Commission approved the non-binding Proposition on 18th February to declare Physical Activity and Sports essential activities acknowledging their clear health benefit and essentialness in this pandemic context.
WHO (the World Health Organisation) warns of the risk of another pandemic, i.e. sedentarism, which is on the increase.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, physical activity has been and is an ally for our physical and mental health. For this reason, GaituzSport Technical Area specialised professionals, i.e. Sports Graduates, have designed and performed a series of 13 workouts to be done at home.
In the exercise videos (also available on our YouTube channel) you have all the instructions on how to do the sessions.
Move for your health!
